We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our team and play a key role in supporting our attorneys across a variety of complex litigation matters.
This full-time, non-exempt position provides comprehensive litigation support to assigned attorneys and partners. The Paralegal will assist with key aspects of casework, including reviewing and summarizing records, preparing and managing subpoenas, supporting discovery efforts, coordinating with experts, and assisting with trial preparation. The role also includes drafting correspondence and legal documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients, counsel, and vendors, while maintaining accurate and organized case files and time entries.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is required, along with the ability to analyze legal documents and follow established procedures. Salary : $30 - $36
