Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist customers with billing questions, account updates, and service inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to update customer accounts and process payments securely.
- Manage client services requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and billing information using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems.
- Conduct analysis of customer issues to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills required.
