About Us: Colony Club is one of four unique alcohol-serving venues located within our vibrant hospitality complex. We offer a dynamic atmosphere, great drinks, and top-tier service. We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Cocktail Server to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience across all our venues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests
- Take and deliver drink and food orders accurately
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all beverage and menu offerings
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Keep service areas and tables clean and organized
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for smooth, efficient service
- Handle payments and use Toast POS systems
- Be flexible and available to work in any of the four alcohol-serving establishments within the complex as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Open availability, including nights, and weekends
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
