Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales team with processing orders
- Assist Sales team with customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with Sales Team and Customers on pending orders
- Maintain kindness and professionalism while interacting with customers to provide superior customer service
- Provide order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
- Assist Sales Team with email follow-ups
- Process invoices daily
- Maintain rebate program rates
- Assist with researching transactions and providing supporting documents when required
- Answer and screen inbound telephone calls
- Maintain an organized filing system
Qualifications:
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in Food industry a plus but not a requirement
- Experience using NetSuite and or any ERP software a plus but not a requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
