Role Description
Our client is hiring for a full-time and REMOTE role for a Sr. Litigation Associate. The firm is headquartered in Maryland, but this role is fully remote. The Sr. Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling various aspects of litigation including drafting motions, conducting research, taking depositions, and representing clients in court. This role requires managing caseloads, working closely with clients, and providing expert legal advice.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of litigation experience
- Experience 1st or 2nd chairing trials is strongly preferred
- Experience in drafting Motions and conducting Research
- Experience with Nursing Home negligence, Medical Malpractice, or Catastrophic Trucking is preferred
- Skilled in taking depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively in a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in Maryland, DC, Virgina, Delaware, or Pennsylvania
Compensation
- $125,000 - $150,000 Bonus
