What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Lateral Link?
Lateral Link is assisting a reputable boutique law firm and repeat client with a new *unposted* search for a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join the team.
The associate will be responsible for keeping things organized, handling research, document production and answering interrogatories, etc. If desired, the associate may appear in court, take depositions, and interact with clients.
Maryland bar is a plus.

The position also affords the ability to be fully remote! For more junior associates, some periodic face time will be helpful.
