Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $63,000-67,000 annually plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm work schedule, with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.

- Supervision for Licensure.
- Experience leading outpatient clinical teams is a must!
- Education: A Master’s Degree and mental health license is required.
- LCSW (A), LCMHC (A) dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
- Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience, in mental health and substance use preferred
- Skills: leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
