Dietary Aide
Location: Port Arthur, TX
Pay: $10.00 to $11.00 per hour
We are hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal service and daily kitchen operations. This role is hands on and focused on keeping meals on schedule and ensuring residents receive food in a timely and organized manner.
You will be part of the team responsible for preparing trays, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and dining environment.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with meal preparation and tray setup
- Serve meals to residents and support dining room service
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking and organizing supplies
What we are looking for:
- Previous food service or dietary experience preferred but not required
- Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain shortly after hire
- Ability to stay organized and keep up with meal service times
- Reliable and consistent with attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented and willing to help where needed
