Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining overall cleanliness standards.
- Prepare properties for new guests by restocking essentials like toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout each property.
- Maintain neat and orderly presentation of beds, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and living spaces
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning with a focus on hospitality or short-term rentals preferred.
- Background in hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
