We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Porsche Studio Brand Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting exceptional coffee beverages, engaging with customers, and contributing to a high-end retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all showroom customers and build relations with clients
- Share information about Porsche Studio and it's offerings
- Assist guests with Porsche merchandise, apparel, and accessories
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized service and answering questions about coffee offerings
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee beans and brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to create latte art is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
