OVERVIEW: The F&I Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the company’s Finance and Insurance Department. This position will provide a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction and requires superior communication, organization, attention to detail and time management skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I Department, ensuring compliance with all company policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage and provide support for all F&I-related software programs to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee and maintain the F&I compliance program across all retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Handle administrative tasks between business partners and the F&I Department as needed.
- Collaborate with lender partners and the Business Manager team to resolve aged title and chargeback issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate necessary setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures.
- Assist with onboarding new team members, setting up systems access, and coordinating training as directed.
- Prepare, update, and maintain various operational documents and reports.
- Assist with the creation and editing of presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Provide support for boat shows, sales events, off-site promotions, and other events as needed.
- Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions with customers, team members, and business partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
