Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate banking relationships, loan requests, and financing activities.
- Track cash inflows and maintain financing documentation.
- Serve as a liaison with external CPA firms and internal accounting resources.
- Manage insurance compliance, renewals, and coverage across multiple companies.
- Administer accounting and leasing support for a portfolio of 50-60 rental units using AppFolio.
- Support ownership and leadership with day-to-day operational coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, finance, operations, property management, or business administration.
- Strong Excel and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with lending, insurance administration, or AppFolio is a plus.
