What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Trailer/Banquet Hall Manager - Employee position at Porky and the Brisket Smokehouse?
We are looking for a hardworking detail oriented individual to join our team. We are a small town food truck business with a packed agenda, full of family fun and great food! We are seeking a qualified person to operate our food trailer along with a small event kitchen facility, owned by our sister company, The Cornerstone Training Academy. The ideal candidate should love working with people from various communities to build strong working relationships with our customers and clients. Along with operating the food trailer at various locations in Lancaster and York, we ask the manager also be able to run the small kitchen for scheduled catering events both on site and at various locations.
The manager position would be an all encompassing job to include, but Not limited to:
- Order and tracking food/restaurant necessities
- Operating the food trailer with help from employees
- Operating catering events On-site and Off-Site (Local)
- Preparing banquet hall for events
- Scheduling for the banquet hall, food trailer, and catering
- Taking orders for catering events and food trailer
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
