Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our passionate team at Pork King Good. This role is a unique blend of administrative prowess and sales acumen, contributing to our continued growth and success. As a Sales & Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, while also supporting our sales efforts and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales Support: Provide crucial assistance to the sales team by assisting in sales outreach and account management. Preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and tracking sales metrics.
Invoicing and Financial Support: Assist with invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track and help calculate deductions and commissions.
Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and customers, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support. Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
Event Coordination: Help plan and execute trade show events, coordinating logistics, materials, and booth setup. Occasionally participate in outside sales efforts during events to promote our products and engage with potential customers.
Administrative Duties: Manage office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or related roles is preferred. Experience in CPG is even better!
Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving responsibilities and challenges.
Travel: Preference for candidates willing to travel occasionally for trade shows and industry events.
