Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of vehicles.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including powertrain, electrical, and diesel engines.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in the automotive service industry.
- Strong knowledge of powertrain systems, automotive electrical systems, and diesel engine repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
