At PorchLight, we are passionate about helping people and families through relocation either from state-to-state or from abroad to the U.S. or Canada – a stressful but exciting time. Our clients are being relocated for their job to a new location and need help finding a rental home or acclimating to their new city, including supporting those who move internationally with their settling in needs. We are seeking a Relocation Counselor/Success Manager who has the same passion, empathy and desire to help families navigate relocation and have a positive experience finding their new home. The role requires you to be a counselor to the relocating customer and to coordinate and manage their housing search through our network of local area agents located throughout the U.S. and Canada. PorchLight oversees the service management and coordination, and ensures satisfaction with the outcome.

- Would you describe yourself as patient and empathetic (the ability to understand what someone else is experiencing)?
- Are you organized and proficient with computers, WORD, SharePoint and internet searching?
- Can you work independently managing your own work responsibilities but also function within a team mentality to accomplish company goals?
- Do you have sales, relocation or real estate experience? Preferred but not essential

Experience in the real estate industry or with an international move, speaking another language, and/or relocation industry experience would be a great fit for this role, although not essential.
Competitive compensation; set hourly rate plus monthly commission structure, gainsharing, some flex time opportunity for work-life balance. The position is full-time and located in Stow, OH.
