Well, our summer-time "Responsible Adults Who Care About Good Coffee" are moving back home so: We’re hiring a Barista at Porchetta Shop!
We’re known for serving authentic, chef-driven Italian sandwiches on our homemade focaccia, paired with a strong coffee program to make a friendly, delicious neighborhood stop.
What matters most to us, though, is the people. We want to work with happy, positive teammates who make the day better. Life’s tough enough; work shouldn’t make it harder.
We’re here to do a good job, serve great sandwiches, and have a good time while we do it. If you like good food, good people, and good energy, you’ll fit right in.

Pay / Compensation
- Staff consistently average around $23–28/hour, and sometimes up to $36/hour depending on business volume. $15/hour base tips is the structure.

- The shop is open from 8am to 6pm.
- We try to schedule everyone on 4 days for 9~ hours with a 3 day weekend for everyone.
Requirements
- Coffee experience and interest in coffee overall is required.
- This is a barista job but there is an aspect of learning how to prepare and assemble our sandwiches.
- This is a guest-facing role- a friendly, team-oriented attitude is a must.
