POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sale Representative plays a critical role supporting Porch Conversions growth by managing inquiries, developing relationships with Outside Sales Representatives and customers. This role connects marketing, outside sales, operations, and customer service and reports the Director of Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer and Sales Representative Support
- Provide exceptional support to customers and sales representatives, serve as point of contact including handling sample requests, and preparing quotes
- On-boarding of new customers and representatives including conducting portal training.
- Manage samples process, ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.
- Partner with outside sale representatives to manage accounts and support sales initiatives
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for prospective and newly onboarded customers with timely responses and accuracy.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline activities and customer trends both internally and externally (representatives).
- Track order status for all new customers.
- Provide support for leads
Reporting and Data Management
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of account information in FeneVision, including adding, deactivating, and updating data as required.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage rep groups, including training on support tools Fenevision (portal), support monthly forecasting, BI, and product information.
- Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ongoing sales and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and updating monthly sales forecasts to ensure accurate planning and projections.
- Facilitate portal training sessions for new and existing customers as needed to ensure seamless onboarding and user experience.
Marketing and Administrative Tasks
- Support marketing programs and initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Handle inbound phone traffic and ensure queries are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner
- Follow up on customer payments as needed to ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
