We seek a Social Media & Content Coordinator to bring our brand to life online. This role suits someone who is creative, organized, and eager to grow. You'll create content, capture moments, engage with our audience, and help share our story.
- Create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.
- Capture photos and videos at office locations, team events, and community activations.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and other visual content for social media.
- Help tell the story of PopUp Smiles by highlighting our offices, team, services, culture, and patient experience.
- Assist with planning and publishing content across platforms.
- Help maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Collaborate to brainstorm content ideas and support campaigns.
- Monitor social channels for engagement and mentions.
- Support timely, thoughtful, and professional responses to audience interactions.
- Track and report on engagement, reach, follower growth, and effectiveness.
- Use platform insights to spot what works and where to improve.
- Stay informed about current social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
- Experience in social media content creation and social media marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content execution
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficient with analytics to track and optimize performance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort capturing content in live, in-office, and community settings
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or service-based marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred, not required.
The ideal candidate is creative, coachable, and eager to grow. They have a strong eye for content, stay up to date with social media trends, and are excited to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing. They don’t need to know everything on day one, but should be ready to learn, contribute, and grow with the brand. This position reports to the Head of Marketing.
$48,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and relevant work.
Primarily remote, with travel to offices and events in Southern California as needed. The environment is collaborative, creative, and growth-oriented.
