Job Description
A Supplier Billing Specialist is responsible for accurately billing on behalf of our suppliers and independent contractors. By driving for results, we help our suppliers and independent contractors get paid timely while meeting all compliance requirements. Anticipate working closely across multiple internal teams. This role manages its time between helping our ICSV, Finance and Accounting teams.
Responsibilities
- Create & implement various audits & reports as needed
- Ensure and maintain data accuracy between Bullhorn, onboarding documentation and the VMS tools.
- Manage supplier/independent contractor accounts; including weekly billing, timely payments, rate/hours/milestone adjustments, and working with internal teams to resolve issues
- Gather necessary data to assist management with key account decisions
- Audit account specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client specific information
- Provide information and updates to Supplier Care Specialist for supplier payment inquiries and discrepancies
- Build strong ecosystem partnerships
- Assist accounting team with month end accounting accruals
- Assist with ad hoc projects.
- Stay up to date on guidelines and laws tied to Independent Contractor recommendations.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures regularly.
- Once fully trained, provide support for successful implementation on new accounts
Skills & Requirements
- Possess strong written and oral communication
- Computer proficiency within Microsoft Office
- Able to execute pivot table and v-lookups in Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Projected Budgeted Compensation
Hourly Base Compensation: $19.23- $20.50
Bonus eligibility up to $4,000
Cost of Labor Adjustment applicable in specific markets
