Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want to grow your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Now Hiring: Part-time 2nd-shift Mobile Cleaner based in Southfield, MI. Starting at 4 pm
Common tasks include but are not limited to:
- Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect vertical and horizontal surfaces, including fixtures, in places like restrooms, offices, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies. i.e., toilet paper/paper towels in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners.
- Remove garbage, including emptying and relining trash cans and recycling containers, and disposing of contents in designated disposal areas.
Skills and Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented – pays close attention to each customer’s location, with extra attention to special requests.
- Friendly and Professional – able to deal with customers on-site while cleaning is being performed.
- Team player – ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done.
- Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and complete it without being instructed.
- Desire to learn, seek new challenges, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Reasoning ability. Good common sense with the ability to solve practical problems.
- Impeccable service-willing to do the little extras that provide the WOW factor.
$16.50 per hour
