Landscape Crew Leader – $22–$24/hr $375 Monthly Bonus

We’re a veteran-owned, family-run landscaping company specializing in beautiful, low-maintenance native plant designs, paver patios, retaining walls, drainage solutions, and full-yard transformations. We’re growing fast and actively recruiting recent or upcoming graduates from Spartanburg Community College’s Horticulture and Landscape Design programs to step into a leadership role on our team.
What You’ll Do
- Help lead small crews in planting, mulching, and maintaining landscapes
- Oversee or perform installation of pavers, retaining walls, drainage systems, and other hardscapes
- Coordinate equipment use and ensure job sites are clean and safe
What You Get
- Pay range: $22-24/hour (Top 15% of landscaping wages in the Upstate area)
- $375 monthly perfect-attendance bonus (target – show up ready every scheduled day)
- 1 week paid vacation starting day one – increases to 2 weeks after your first year

Ideal Candidate
- Recent or upcoming graduate with an Associate’s degree (2-year) or higher in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Turfgrass Management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience from internships or class projects a plus (leadership potential is key)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass background background check
- Authorized to work in the US

First year target earnings: $50,260 to $54,420 (4,188 to 4,535 monthly)
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
