We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on routine lawn care, mowing, and light landscaping services to maintain the appearance and health of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and small plants (weeding, pruning, mulching)
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist with light landscaping projects such as planting and bed cleanups
- Ensure properties are clean, neat, and free of debris after service
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Report any equipment issues or property concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license (preferred, if driving company vehicles is required)
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Work is primarily outdoors in residential and/or commercial settings
- Typical schedule may include early mornings and occasional weekends
