We're looking for outgoing, dependable people who enjoy connecting with customers, staying busy, and being part of a fast-growing industry.
What You'll Do
- Create an exceptional customer experience.
- Build relationships with regular customers.
- Learn and recommend kava, functional beverages, hemp products, nicotine products, and other alternative products.
- Merchandise and stock products throughout the store.
- Receive inventory and keep displays full, clean, and organized.
- Maintain product compliance and follow all ID and legal requirements.
- Help keep the store looking its best every day.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Open availability, including weekends.
- Must be able to close the store until 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Must be comfortable standing and walking for the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and safely use a ladder.
- Willing to help cover shifts when needed.
- Passion for alternative beverages, wellness, and innovative products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
