Salary Range
$18.21- $19.12 per hour
Summary / Objective
The Guest Services Attendant assists guests in their entertainment experience throughout the Epicenter building, ensuring their area is safe, functional, clean, and most importantly fun.

Essential Functions
- Operate VR/Bowling/Laser Tag/Dark Ride /Prize Vault and other assigned areas with 100% knowledge.
- Greet guests in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Inspect Arcade/Skyzone/Guest Services/Bowling/ Prize Vault and other areas to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
- Assist guests with their purchases, suggesting items in their price range and items that they can save up for in future visits.
- Stock merchandise, maintain proper pricing and display of products.
- Communicate ideas for merchandise improvement to management.
- Maintains cleanliness of Prize Vault, countertops and all Entertainment areas.
- Ensure the safety of all guests while they are on the trampolines.
- Answer phones, give accurate information, take detailed messages or transfer to the correct extension.
- Accurately use the point of sales system to ring in guests’ game cards, reload game cards and process payments.
- Empty trash, spot sweep and mop, as necessary.
- Stock crane games and other merchandise-based games.
- Keep accurate inventory numbers to ensure cost control.
- Create a positive team environment that provides exceptional guest service and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
- Work with the Prize Vault Lead to brainstorm new ideas that drive guests of all ages to the Prize Vault.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition.
- Be knowledgeable of Entertainment policies regarding personnel and communicate promptly any violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Maintain company safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards for entire building.
- Have strong communication skills.

- Work hard to identify potential problems and communicate with supervisors and management to help prevent them from having an impact on guest experience.
- Maintain proper stock of supplies, communicating needs or shortages with management.
- Ability to grasp, lift, reach, crouch, stand, walk, and carry for long periods of time.
- A positive attitude.

Work Environment
This job operates in a building wide capacity. This role routinely uses electrical equipment, sharp knives, and other potentially dangerous equipment. Proper training will be given prior to using any dangerous equipment. Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals.
Physical Demands
The employee is required to stand 100% of their shift, climb or balance; and stoop or kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, using proper lifting procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
