Requirements
- Proven track record in sales leadership, specifically in a SaaS or restaurant technology environment
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and marketplace dynamics
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Experience in cultivating relationships and managing key accounts
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects
- Passion for food and technology is a plus, as is any experience in the restaurant sector
