Lead and coach team members during assigned shifts to ensure excellent performance Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service at the front counter and drive-thru Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory, and paperwork Handle guest concerns professionally and support a positive dining experience Train new team members on food handling, service, and operational procedures
