What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift
- Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
- Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control accurately
- Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure proper coverage
- Communicate effectively with the team and management to meet goals
- Jump in to help wherever needed to keep the team running strong
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision
