Crew Member

Position Summary:  

Join our dynamic team at Popeyes as a Crew Member and play a key role in delivering delicious food and exceptional service to our guests! Whether you're working in the kitchen preparing our famous chicken or serving customers with a smile at the front counter, you'll be part of a welcoming and supportive environment where every team member contributes to our success. 

Responsibilities:  

• Prepare and cook our signature menu items with accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. 
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining, and restroom areas. 
• Follow safety and food handling procedures to ensure the health and well-being of our guests and team members. 
• Assist with stocking and organizing inventory to ensure products are readily available for service. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support where needed. 

Qualifications:  

• No previous experience required; we provide comprehensive training. 
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. 
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:  

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, typically up to 50 pounds. 
• Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the shift. 
• Bending and Reaching: Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting. 
• Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination. 
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication to interact with people. 
• Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work in varying temperatures.
