Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
· Interview and hiring
· Training and coaching team members
· Running a daily shift
· controlling, labor, food and paper cost
· Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
· Supervise product production.
· Placing all orders as need it, receiving order to ensure quality
· adhere to all health and company food safety standards
· properly roll of out of new products completeness of the LTO training courses
· Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
· Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
· Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
