Position Overview:
The Fast Food Team Member provides friendly, efficient service to customers while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role supports daily restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and sanitation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Package food and ensure orders are complete before delivery to the customer
- Maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and restroom areas
- Restock supplies such as condiments, utensils, and ingredients
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system
- Work as part of a team to meet service and speed goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
