Duties

• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service
• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Operate kitchen equipment safely to cook, assemble, and package menu items with precision
• Manage cash register operations including processing cash transactions and handling cash with accuracy
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve the customer experience by recommending popular or new products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
• Assist in food safety management practices to uphold health regulations and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately
• Customer service-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach
• Capable of operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining sanitation standards at all times
• Prior retail sales or cashiering experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
