As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our food preparation and service. Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Experience in food service or quick-service restaurant settings is beneficial.
• Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
