About the Role
As a Restaurant General Manager at Popeyes, you are the driving force behind our fast-paced restaurant’s success. Your leadership ensures operational excellence, team motivation, and exceptional guest experiences, supporting our reputation as a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Fast-Food Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop all restaurant staff, ensuring a highly motivated and efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee front- and back-of-house operations including food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service to meet fast-food brand standards.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage efficient schedules that align with business needs and peak hours.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and labor costs, applying fast-food profitability strategies.
- Guest Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards in compliance with quick-service restaurant regulations.
- Customer Service: Handle guest issues promptly, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Marketing & Growth: Promote the restaurant in the community and identify strategies to increase sales and brand presence.
- Administrative Duties: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, inventory, and labor tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of fast-food management experience (required).
- Proven Success: Managing drive-thru operations, high-volume shifts, and guest satisfaction in a quick-service restaurant setting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of fast-food front- and back-of-house operations including speed of service, quality, cleanliness, and team training.
- Experience with cost and labor management, sales forecasting, and profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate large teams.
- Confidence in delivering performance feedback, setting goals, and fostering a team-oriented culture.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Pay range and compensation package
