We're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Production Manager to lead field operations for our Commercial New Construction Division based in Garner, NC.

About the Role
The Landscape Construction Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of commercial landscape and irrigation installation projects.
Working alongside an experienced team of Project Managers, Estimators, and Branch Leadership, you'll coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Pope Landscape's quality standards.
This position reports directly to the Installation Branch Manager.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple commercial landscape and irrigation installation crews.
- Coordinate daily production with Project Managers.
- Execute commercial landscape and irrigation installation projects.
- Monitor production schedules, labor budgets, and project progress.
- Ensure exceptional quality workmanship and safe jobsite practices.
- Train, coach, and develop Crew Leaders and future field leaders.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Assist with project planning and production scheduling.
- Conduct jobsite inspections and quality control.
- Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and Branch Leadership.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people as much as building great projects.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial landscape construction experience.
- Experience leading multiple installation crews.
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation, hardscapes and irrigation systems.
- Ability to read landscape plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive leadership style built around accountability, teamwork, and developing others.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)
