Landscape Maintenance Production Manager

The Landscape Maintenance Production Manager at APHIX, LLC plays a pivotal role in overseeing the scheduling and execution of all landscape maintenance projects, including mowing, seasonal cleanups, floral installations, trimming, and more. This role ensures that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards set by APHIX, LLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and field operations across multiple job sites
• Manage labor hours and material usage to meet or exceed job cost estimates
• Maintain strict quality control standards on all maintenace services
• Lead, develop, and support field teams to drive performance and accountability
• Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure client expectations are met
• Monitor equipment, materials, and staffing needs to ensure operational efficiency
• Address field challenges proactively and implement effective solutions

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in landscape maintenance or related field
• Strong operational and organizational management skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and properties simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Employee-focused leadership style with a commitment to team development
• Proficiency with technology, software systems, and production tracking tools
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Horticulture, Business Management, or related field or equivalent industry experience
