Background & Experience
Successful applicants will typically demonstrate:
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or People & Culture functions
- Experience supporting workforce initiatives, stakeholder engagement, or professional development programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using remote collaboration platforms and digital communication tools
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
Engagement Model
- Independent contractor engagement
