• Support outreach and relationship-building initiatives aligned with leadership and development projects

Background & Experience

Successful applicants will typically demonstrate:

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or People & Culture functions
• Experience supporting workforce initiatives, stakeholder engagement, or professional development programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using remote collaboration platforms and digital communication tools
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
