WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work remotely from your home office and visit client sites as needed
- Identify and advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate opportunities
- Negotiate deals and protect your clients’ best interests
- Evaluate properties, analyze lease vs. purchase options, and structure transactions
- Collaborate with top industry experts to deliver exceptional results
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proven sales and business development experience with success connecting to decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger for growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
- Confident and composed in high-stakes negotiations

- Year 1: $60K–$80K (most income starts months 7–9)
- Year 2: $80K–$180K
- Year 3 : $200K–$300K
- Top Performers: $500K–$800K
