SUMMARY:
- Seeking a skilled and passionate attorney to fill the role of Plaintiffs Trial Counsel in the Los Angeles office. This position is for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of impactful cases involving sexual assault and personal injury and join a team in a collaboration with one of the firm's Partners

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle cases from inception through trial
- Work closely with clients and an integrative team of professionals to understand the client's legal needs and provide effective solutions
- Regularly review potential new cases
- Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources
- Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar
- At least 7 years of experience in civil litigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills with experience in complex briefing and court hearings
- Organizational and time management skills to balance your case load and delegate to the team
- Must be able to work in-office in Los Angeles
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Base Salary $150,000 to $190,000, Depending on Experience
- Generous Bonus Structure
