Field Service Technician
Denton, TX
We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment across North America. Ideal candidates are experienced in electro-mechanical systems and enjoy hands-on work in diverse environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, move, calibrate, and repair machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Use CRM/CMMS software to manage daily work orders
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
- Travel up to 75%, including occasional international trips
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS diploma, GED, Associate’s, or technical certifications
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read schematics and use hand tools
- Machine controls/PLC knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain)
- Able to pass a respirator fit test, physical, background check, and drug screening
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting heavy equipment
- Weekend work may be required and will be compensated
