Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information.
- Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services.
- Enter and update customer data accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized CRM software.
- Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and verifying account details with precision.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every customer feels valued and understood.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Must be available to work every weekend!
- Be able to work every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-7pm.
- Assist with setups/clean ups for events, photobooth, and various other roles as needed
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Must have a reliable car or transportation
- Must be 18 or older to apply
