💼 Compensation And Perks
- Company issued laptop
- Mileage and drive time reimbursement
- 40 hours of paid sick leave per year
- Ongoing mentorship, supervision support, and BCBA track development
- Two weeks PTO
- Seven paid holidays including personal and mental health days

- Supervise, coach, and support RBTs on a consistent weekly basis
- Model strong clinical skills and ethical ABA practices
- Assist with behavior plan implementation and data driven decision making
- Support assessments and treatment plan updates under BCBA oversight
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, ancillary services, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide parent support and education as appropriate
- Monitor progress, ensure fidelity of implementation, and celebrate wins big and small
- Currently enrolled in an accredited BCBA graduate program and actively working toward certification
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within ABA services
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Organized, collaborative, and eager to grow into leadership
- Passionate about early intervention and high quality care
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and required TB and background clearance
