ABA Mid-Tier Supervisor Vietnamese/ Spanish Speaking

Behavior Functions, Inc. is currently seeking a Mid-Tier ABA Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in caregiver coaching/ parent training and passionate about helping families implement ABA strategies in natural environments.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide leadership and training to Behavior Technicians. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing ABA treatment plans and providing direct service.
• Providing evidence-based caregiver coaching/ parent training and modeling intervention strategies.
• Collecting session data and communicating regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress.
• Participating in clinical meetings and maintaining ethical, culturally responsive care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in caregiver coaching/ parent training and working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Language:

• Vietnamese (Preferred)
• Spanish (Preferred)

Salary: depending on experience and education.

Mid-Tier ABA Supervisor ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour

Case Supervisor ranges from $33.00 to $40.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
