Pay Range Details
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.

- Help build high-performing teams that support POP MART's ambitious expansion and long-term business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional recruiting experience.
- 8 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably within retail, consumer products, e-commerce, entertainment, or other fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Proven success recruiting across a variety of corporate functions, including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Supply Chain, IT, and Creative.
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other proactive talent attraction strategies.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and influence hiring decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to manage pipelines and generate recruiting insights.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with changing priorities.
