What You Will Achieve
- Expense Document Review: Responsible for reviewing all business expense documents (such as invoices, receipts, statements, etc.) submitted by business units in North America. Ensure the accuracy of document information, compliance with company policies, and proper approval. Guarantee that expense booking adheres to company financial policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)/International Accounting Standards (IAS). Strictly control the compliance of invoices and payments.
- System Promotion & Support: Act as the primary promoter and subject matter expert for the group's expense system in the US. Provide training and ongoing support to business units to ensure smooth implementation and efficient usage of the system.
- Disputed Payment Handling: Proactively follow up on disputed or questionable payments. Communicate with relevant business departments in a timely manner to obtain background information, clarify issues, and resolve discrepancies.
- Expense Reasonableness Assessment: Evaluate the business reasonableness and necessity of incurred expenses to ensure they align with company policies and strategic objectives.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular expense reports and analyses for headquarters. Ensure all financial activities comply with both local US regulations and the company's global financial policies.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration & Communication: Maintain close communication with various business departments, Finance, Legal, and Treasury to promptly assist in resolving issues related to contracts, invoices, accounts payable, etc. Ensure payments can be submitted promptly and smoothly. Provide financial consulting and training related to international accounts payable operations to other departments, enhancing the company's overall financial awareness and business operation standards.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Financial Management, International Economics and Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international accounts payable or related financial operations. Familiarity with international financial processes is preferred. Experience working in a multinational corporation is highly desirable.
- Proficient knowledge of financial accounting; familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)/International Accounting Standards (IAS) and relevant financial regulations; solid foundation in accounting entries. Skilled in using financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and office software (e.g., Excel, Word), with strong capabilities in Excel data processing and analysis.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), using it as a working language. Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) is preferred.
- High sense of responsibility and professionalism. Ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills and adapt to a constantly changing international business environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with different departments and international partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and risk awareness. Capable of independently analyzing and resolving various work-related issues, promptly identifying and addressing financial risks.

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
