Roadside Technician

Role Overview:

As a Roadside Technician at Pop-A-Lock, you will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance to drivers in need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Service team to ensure timely and effective responses to service calls. Working on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers’ day while driving our mission of reliability and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely manner.
• Provide quality lockout services, jump-starts, battery replacements, tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle picture taking.
• Maintain an accurate log of services performed.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.

Bonus If You:

• Have prior experience in roadside assistance or a related field.
• Possess additional certifications in automotive repair.
• Are familiar with the Clearwater and Tampa area and its roadways.

This position is Full-Time.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Clearwater, Florida and Tampa, Florida.
