What You Bring to the Table

Excellent Customer Service is the key to our success. We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable dealing with customer feedback, both good and bad. As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for directing our team of roadside assistance technicians, and following up with the customers to make sure they had an excellent interaction dealing with our company.
