Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Place Beer, Liquor Orders and Keep an Inventory
- Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Create and update drink menus, incorporating new and innovative cocktails
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, including mixology and drink preparation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
