Poolsure, An Aquasol Company, is searching for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Austin, TX.
A Field Service Technician at Poolsure is primarily responsible for performing general maintenance, safety surveys, equipment installations and customer training at client-owned sites.
The individual is provided with a company vehicle and begins and ends their day from their primary residence. The daily work includes traveling to customer worksites to perform equipment installs and general maintenance on equipment. Travel to the office location in San Marcos is not required daily.
Primary Responsibilities
A Field Service Technician at Poolsure is primarily responsible for performing general maintenance, safety surveys, equipment installations and customer training at client-owned sites.

Primary Responsibilities
- Survey customer sites for program suitability and safety concerns
- Install Chemical Control Equipment.
- Train property managers and pool operators to maintain a safe aquatic environment.
- Educate customers on safety within our area of expertise
- Prior experience working as a technician or engineer in a related field, such as pest control, automotive, satellite/cable, fire/alarm, or building control/automation, water/wastewater, or swimming pools is preferred but not required.
- Effective time management skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and strong customer service skills are required.
- Must be reliable and willing to work some overtime, potentially including weekends during busier times
