Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned pool construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
This role requires flexibility, availability outside standard business hours, and the ability to travel between company offices when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pool construction projects from permit approval through project completion
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
- Conduct onsite visits and inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status and timelines
- Maintain accurate project documentation and updates in JobTread
- Review plans, layouts, and scopes to ensure construction matches approved designs
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams
- Participate in onsite layout meetings and internal coordination meetings
- Be available after hours and on weekends when project conditions or client needs require it
- Travel between company offices and job sites as needed
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience as a Project Manager in construction (pool construction experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in the field and in the office
- Proficient with computers and project management software (CRM experience a plus)
- Must have own reliable vehicle (company vehicle is not provided)
- Valid driver's license
- Willing and able to travel between company offices and job sites
- Availability to work after hours and weekends when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Pool construction or outdoor construction experience
- Familiarity with South Florida permitting and inspection processes
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and inspectors
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $54,000 per year
- 1% commission on managed projects (paid once the project is closed and fully collected)
- 3% commission on upsells and new projects sold
- Benefits are not currently offered, but may be added in the near future

Location

Pay: $65, $150,000.00 per year
